Welcome, and thank you for using AID Media Downloader. These terms explain how we work together when you use Consulting99.com or AID. By buying or using AID, you are agreeing to them.

Subscription terms

1. Your plan gives one person access to AID for the period you have purchased.
2. Access is linked to the Google account you sign in with.
3. We may change prices; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.
4. We would only ever withdraw access if AID were used in a way that breaks these terms or the law — for example, sharing downloaded material you do not have the right to distribute. We hope this never applies to you, but we do need to reserve the right.
5. AID is provided as it is. It relies on how other websites choose to deliver their media, so when one of them changes how it works, a particular download may stop working. We are not always able to fix that, much as we would like to. Please do use the free trial to confirm AID does what you need before paying.

Acceptable use

Please only download content you own or have permission to save. AID does not download DRM-protected video and does not work on YouTube. We ask that you do not use AID to infringe copyright or to breach the terms of any website you visit.

Payment

Each plan is a one-off payment for a fixed period, not a recurring subscription. Nothing is charged automatically when it ends. Published prices include applicable taxes, and the price list that applies is decided by your country. Full pricing is on the Products page.

Payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card number, UPI ID, bank details or CVV.

Refunds

Payments are final and non-refundable. A 2-day free trial is provided so you can evaluate AID before paying. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Limitation of liability

We hope it never comes to this, but we should be clear: to the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to AID is limited to the amount you paid for the period in which the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes to these terms

We may need to update these terms from time to time. Whichever version is published here at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. We would of course much rather resolve anything directly with you first — please just get in touch.
