Privacy Policy

This policy covers AID Media Downloader, the Chrome extension published by Consulting99, and this website.
The short version
AID does not sell or share your data, and contains no analytics, tracking or advertising. The media you find and the files you download never leave your device.
Two things do leave it: signing in with Google, and — if you subscribe — your account and subscription record.
What we store

What we never see
- The pages you visit, or the media AID finds on them
- The files you download — they are saved on your device and stay there
- Your card number, UPI ID, bank details or CVV — those go to Razorpay, on Razorpay’s own page
Sign-in
The sign-in window is Google’s own. Your password is typed into Google and never into AID. We request your name, email address and picture, and nothing else. No other Google service is accessed.
How long we keep it
Your account record is kept while your account exists, and payment history for as long as tax and accounting rules require. To have your data erased, email support@consulting99.com — we anonymise the profile and retain only the financial record we are obliged to keep.
Third parties
Google Cloud (hosting and database) and Razorpay (payments). Razorpay is an independent controller for the payment itself; their privacy policy governs the details you enter on their form.
