Everything we sell is delivered digitally

Consulting99 sells software, not physical goods. Nothing is shipped, and no shipping charge is ever applied.

How delivery works

AID is a Chrome extension installed from the Chrome Web Store. Access to paid features is tied to the Google account you sign in with.

When a payment succeeds, access is unlocked on that account immediately — normally within a few seconds. There is nothing to download separately and no licence key to enter.

If access does not unlock

Sign out and back in first, which refreshes the subscription record. If it still does not unlock, email us with the payment ID from your receipt and we will put it right. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
